In addition, the Law on Special Investment Purpose Companies obliges REITs to distribute to shareholders at least 90% of the annual profit in the form of a dividend. This shortens the time range from the time of making the investment to the start of its return for investors. The strategy of Intercapital Property Development REIT envisages the construction of holiday complexes with potential for further development and demand. The company avoids investments in redeveloped resorts. For that reason, the village of Aheloy and k.k. Borovets were chosen for the two active projects.
